The following terms and conditions apply to all sales performed by Hurok Marble LLC d/b/a Atlantic Vanity Source (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”)

At Atlantic Vanity Source, our customers can order any quantity, no-minimum order required.

At Atlantic Vanity Source, our customers can store purchased materials in our warehouse.

 (up to 30 days)

 Our exclusive free service and no handling fees when you pick up your order from our warehouse.

We offer FREE SHIPPING to 48 contiguous states in United States of America.

Our customers have the right to pickup material from our warehouse. (POMPANO BEACH,FL)

This option is free of charge and has no extra cost.

Additional shipping fees will be applied for limited access areas such as but not limited to island, rural areas, etc.

Delivery/Time:

Residential deliveries require a truck with liftgate. Except for unsuspected circumstances such as high season/weather/rush-holidays, we will deliver your order to 48 states in 3 to 7 business days All deliveries are CURBSIDE and the driver is not allowed to bring vanities or the other goods inside of the house due to insurance purposes.

Handling Times

 All orders placed from Seller will be processed/sorted within the next business day. Please allow 24-48 hours for carrier pick-up.

Shipping Companies

Seller ships orders with all major shipping companies/carriers.

Seller ships 50-mile radiues orders with its own truck.

Residential Curbside Delivery (included service)

 ALL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE. Residential Curbside Delivery includes delivery to the closest point that a full sized tractor-trailer can deliver to your home. With this shipping method, once your order arrives at the local terminal, the freight company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. The carrier will then deliver your order once the appointment is set. Someone will need to be present at the delivery time to unload the pallets from the truck and sign for the material.

Residential Curbside Delivery means the truck will get as close as possible to your driveway and will bring the freight to the back of the truck. The driver is responsible for unloading. The driver is prohibited from assisting in the process other than removing banding and shrink wrap from the skids. If you live on a non-public road, in deep woods, have low power lines, or a gravel driveway, please let us know prior to placing the order so we can communicate these challenges to the trucking company in advance.

Please be mindful of the condition in which freight will arrive; open your package carefully upon the arrival of your item and examine whether there is any damage to the item. Before signing the proof of delivery (Bill of Lading), count the boxes and inspect the package for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It’s normal for the packaging to show some wear. Also, DO NOT discard your packing materials immediately, in the case you might need to ship item back, all returns MUST be in original package as with any other product that must be returned whether for refund, exchange or replacement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Inside Residential Delivery (excluded service) 

 Please request Inside Residential Delivery if you need your freight shipment to be delivered inside. There is an extra charge and liability involved with inside delivery. Seller does not take any responsiblity and this agreement will be between Customer and Carrier.

 AFTER PLACING ORDER

 

Tracking 

 Atlantic Vanity Source will provide its customers with carrier and tracking information once the order has left our dock. You will be provided the website of the freight company hired by us, if available, where the order can be traced online.

Delivery/Receiving 

Carrier will contact you at delivery time to schedule delivery appointment, customers are responsible to provide accurate contact information. If the carrier can’t contact the customer, the customers may have to pay additional storage/shipping/warehouse charges.

Damage inspection 

If your order arrives damaged please notify us immediately. We will need a detailed description of the damages or defects along with any additional supporting documents, like digital pictures, emailed to info@atlanticvanitysource.com Once we have received this information we will file a freight claim with the shipper or manufacturer on your behalf. The shipper will then review the claim and, if approved, send you a check for the damages. Please note that we cannot guarantee payment of damaged freight claims, so please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery.
